Synchronization Practice


The best way to use this product is to play your selected videos in full screen mode within 2 to 10 feet from your body depending on the delivery medium. This allows your mind and body to synchronize with the z-wave light frequency that is coming through the screen.


Proper usage depends on the screen (i.e. Computer Screen, TV Screen, iPhone) through which the videos are being introduced into the environment.

Futuremind Videos can create the desired effect for the user by bringing the right frequency into their environment with:


1) Computer Screen:

Best to be within 2 to 4 feet of the screen.


2) TV Screen:

Medium sized Screen - best to be within 3 to 6 feet of the screen.
Large sized Screen - best to be within 5 to 10 feet of the screen.


3) iPhone:

1 foot or near your body.


You do not NEED to WATCH the video to synchronize with the frequency.
It is a mind body experience, not just a vision experience.


The length of time will vary depending on the video you are using.


For Example: the memory videos can be played for 2 to 8 hours per day as our memory ability usually needs to be stimulated fairly rigorously for increased memory ability.


The Scholastic Achievement videos can be used while studying  different subjects. For best results use the video for the applicable subject every day while studying that subject. After studying, you can also play the video(s) in the background of your room for more stimulation. Many students use the Memory videos and Scholastic Achievement videos every day to boost memory and aptitude. For example, some university students play the multiple memory video in their study rooms 12 hours per day 5 to 6 days per week.


With athletics, many athletes use the video while practicing.


For Example: in golf, Some professionals are using the elite golf muscle memory video on a laptop with the laptop positioned about four feet away. This ensures a solid beam of muscle memory frequency and allows for a increased stimulation for elite golf muscle memory.  Some golfer's again are playing the video in the background of their rooms/homes after practice for more stimulation.


The energy videos are very popular and can be used 8 to 12 hours per day at the office or at home etc. The computer screen or laptop screen should be positioned so as to be comfortable for the user. Some people find the screen is most comfortable with the screen pointing at the neck area, some the face area, and some the heart area.


The sleep videos are all very popular and the screen can be positioned so as to focus on the head and neck area. Everyone can experiment with the placement of the screens and size of the screens and the time used for these videos.
